Demolition, site work and addition to a municipal facility in Gonzales, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the addition of a 30,920-square-foot municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office (APSO) pursuant to La. Rev. Stat. Ann. 46:1051 (the "APSO") solicits qualifications statements ("Qualifications Statements") from qualified and licensed construction firms (each a "CMAR") to provide comprehensive construction management at-risk services for the Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office Training Center Addition Project which includes the renovation and expansion of the existing Ascension Parish Sheriff's Training Center. The current facility is a preengineered metal building structure with an approximate gross square footage of 30,920 square feet, of which approximately 16,125 square feet is conditioned and approximately 14,792 square feet is unconditioned with open walls and only a roof allowing for vehicular and equipment storage Questions concerning the contents of this solicitation should be addressed in writing to Gary Hebert via email at ghebert@ghc-arch.com no later than 2:00PM on November 5, 2024 A survey, site plan, and descriptions of the project are available from GHC Architects with access to the published CMAR request. The APSO's budget and opinion of probable cost for the construction work associated with the Project is $ 6,500,000.00 (six million five hundred thousand dollars).
