Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Paw Paw, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The Project includes removal of an existing timber pedestrian bridge and replacement with a new timber pedestrian bridge A certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, made payable to the Village of Paw Paw will be required with each bid assecurity for the proper execution of the contract. A 100% Labor, Material, and Performance Bond will be required of successful bidder No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled opening without consent of the OWNER. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informality in bidding or to accept the bid, consistent with law, which best serves the interest of the Owner. Funding from the Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund is being used for this project and relevant state or federal requirements apply.
