This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (i) The solicitation number is 12441925Q0003 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (ii) This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business concerns. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a size standard of $19 Million.
