TIMELINE: Public Information Centre (PIC) occurred February 2026, in which the owner presented the alternatives being considered to expand the Rockland WTP and Caron BPS. The Environmental Study Report is under review and expected to be out for the 30 day public review in early June 2026. The EA is expected to be complete by the end of summer 2026. A construction date has not yet been set. Further update late 2026.
