Progressive Design-Build project; construction of a new housing development consisting of two (2), 4-storey buildings with 90 units (32 studios and 43 one-bedroom rental units, and 15 two-bedroom price restricted ownership units). The development will also include approx. 8,000 sq. ft. of community space in one of the buildings. TIMELINE: Ground-breaking ceremony took place on March 17, 2026. Building construction to commence shortly.
