Contracts Will Be Awarded Only to Such Bidders as Are on the List of Pre-qualified Contractors for the Kansas Department of Transportation on the Date Established for Receiving and Opening of Bids or Vetted by Douglas County. This Bridge is Located on Sw Haverhill Road, Approximately 0.3 Mile South of Sw 70th Street. This is 6.8 Miles South of El Dorado. This Project Will Be Bid and Built in Accordance With the Standard Specifications of the Kansas Department of Transportation, Edition 2015, Together With the General Provisions, Special Conditions and Supplements Included Herein. The Provisions in These Documents Shall Be Considered to Supersede the Requirements of Standard Specifications.
