The owner has determined a prequalified list of general contractor. Description of Work A. Pipeline Construction 1. Construction of approximately 30,000 linear feet of 84-inch water line by a combination of open cut and tunneling, valves, connections and appurtenances along the proposed alignment of Section 19 in Henderson County. 2. Construction of cathodic protection system. 3. Various site, civil and roadway improvements The Project is to be Substantially Complete and ready for operation on or before October 31, 2026. The Project is to be complete and eligible for Final Payment 60 days after the date for Substantial Completion. Question Submission Deadline: November 6, 2024, 12:00pm Questions are to be submitted using the Question and Answer process on the Procurement Website Online. Question Response Deadline: November 7, 2024, 12:00pm The Owner's Budget for the Project is $40,000,000 to $50,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
