City of Pocatello (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Mountain View Cemetery Waterline / WCI - 157 The Project includes the following Work: The project will consist of approximately 3,750 feet of replacement water main line located in the Mountainview Cemetery, Pocatello, Idaho. The work will be completed by pipe bursting existing 6-inch cast iron pipe and pulling new 8-inch diameter fusible PVC water pipe into place. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the City of Pocatello as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. City of Pocatello reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City of Pocatello.
