Site work for a civil project in Indiantown, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Village of Indiantown is soliciting bids from professional construction firms to furnish all equipment, materials, labor, and supervision necessary to reconstruct one (1) lift station (New Hope) and relocate one (1) lift station (150thStreet). Each lift station will include two (2) new submersible pumps, new discharge piping, new concrete top slabs, a new water service, and new electrical and control equipment. The 150th Street station will include a new and relocated concrete wet well structure. The New Hope Lift Station will rehabilitate the current wet well structure. Deadline for questions from Bidders: November 8, 2024 at 5 p.m. Selection Committee Meeting 1 (Scoring): December 3, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. Selection Committee Meeting 2 for Presentations (only if needed): December 10, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. The Village reserves the right to disqualify any proposers that do not include acknowledgements of receipt of any clarifications and/or addendums issued by the Village through online. The Village of Indiantown accepts no responsibility for any expense related to preparation or delivery of proposals, reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technical errors and informalities, and to accept the proposal which, in its judgment, best serves the public interest. Per Village Procurement Policy, bidders are required to include a 5% Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond or Cashiers Check, payable to the Village of Indiantown when submitting the proposal/bid. Bid Security Deposits must be sent via certified mail in an envelope clearly marked ITB-300-2024PLS to Village of Indiantown, Attn: LaRhonda McBride, 15516 SW Osceola St., Suite B, Indiantown, FL, 34956. The Village is not responsible for lost or late delivery of Bid Bond by the U.S. Postal Service or other delivery services used by the Proposer. Payment and Performance Bonds are required for this project. Respondents to this solicitation or persons acting on their behalf may not contact, between the release of the solicitation and the end of the 72-hour period following the agency posting the notice of intended award, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and state holidays, any employee or officer of the executive or legislative branch concerning any aspect of this solicitation, except in writing to the procurement officer or as provided in the solicitation documents. Violation of this provision may be grounds for rejecting a response (FSS 287.057). All questions shall be submitted in writing to Bonnie C. Landry, via email at info@bclandry.com before the bid deadline specified herein. The Village of Indiantown reserves the right to waive informalities, to reject any and all ITB submittals, and to accept any ITB submittals or any combination of ITB submittals, which in its sole judgment will best serve the public interest.
