Site work for a water / sewer project in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The scope of this project is to replace or reline sanitary piping at three locations, Main Terminal, Central Terminal, and A Concourse. The project, will be phased so that only one location will be under construction at a time. Areas that contain exposed piping will be replaced with stainless steel pipe. The Engineer's estimate range for this project is $750,000.00 - $1.5 Million. Time limit for substantial completion of the work is 416 calendar days. The WMBE utilization goal is 5% for this contract Question Deadline 11/12/2024 The preferred method for submitting questions is to email , Moraa Omwega, Procurement Officer, at omwega.m@portseattle.org . The Port of Seattle, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency), creed, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), age, or disability in consideration for an award.
