Successful Bidder w ill be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in an amount of one - hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. No Bidding Documents will be mailed or packaged for pick up. 1. Architectural and Structural: Project consists of renovation of several spaces inside the existing high school. Construction of walls to divide spaces is included along with fit and finish in several areas. 2. Plumbing: The plumbing scope consists of demolishing select fixtures and adding new fixtures where indicated including domestic water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer. The plumbing systems are designed to meet the 2023 Kentucky Plumbing Code. 3. Mechanical: The HVAC work for this project will include new diffusers to serve each room being renovated. In general, an existing variable air volume box will be shifted to accommodate the new wall, and two thermostats will be moved to accommodate the new classrooms. 4. Electrical: The electrical system for this project will include replacing existing distribution equipment for new power connections to equipment and general use devices. New LED light fixtures and lighting controls to comply with current ASHRAE energy codes shall be provided in the area of renovation. Systems shall include new fire alarm devices, data drops, and intercom speakers as required for the renovated areas.
