Construction of a 12,000 SF precast concrete building with precast concrete and steel joist roof. b. Installation of insulated membrane roofing system. c. Installation of Membrane treatment equipment, ancillary process piping, valves, and other appurtenances. d. Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Standby Power and SCADA equipment installation. e. Finished operations area containing locker room, bathroom, offices, and control room. f. All other work shown on Drawings or called for in the specifications. 2. New Caustic Building Addition a. Construction of addition to existing water treatment plant consisting of cast in place and precast concrete construction. b. Installation of process piping, chemical storage, and feed equipment. c. Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC. d. All other work shown on Drawings and called for in the specifications. 3. Existing High Service Pump Station Renovations a. Demolition of two existing high service pumps. b. Installation of two new high service pumps and ancillary process piping. c. Removal of existing pump drives and replacement with new variable frequency drives. d. All other work shown on Drawings or called for in Specifications 4. Water Treatment Plant Site Improvements a. Site erosion control and management, including SWPPP preparation and management throughout project. b. Removal and relocation of existing utilities. c. Expansion of existing backwash basin. d. Site grading, piping, paving, seeding, and other required landscaping. e. All other work shown on Drawings or called for in Specifications. Document notes Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying a deposit of $150 for each set. Bidders who return full sets of the Bidding Documents in good condition within 10 days after receipt of Bids will receive a full refund. Non-Bidders, and Bidders who obtain more than one set of the Bidding Documents, will receive a refund of the deposited amount for documents returned in good condition within the time limit indicated above.
