The West Liberty-Salem Local School District invites interested parties to submit sealed statements of qualifications for design-build services related to fieldhouse , which it intends to be delivered via design-build. The Project is anticipated to include a fieldhouse and related improvements project Any questions concerning this RFQ should be directed in writing via email to McCall Sharp Architecture LLC, the Criteria Engineer at ed@mccallsharp.com. . McCall Sharp Architecture is acting as Criteria Engineer. The District will seek financing for the Project and the Project is contingent upon obtaining acceptable financing. The District will evaluate statements of qualifications submitted and select and short list 3 firms and then issue an RFP to those short list firms for technical and pricing proposals. Prior to any short listing, the District, at its discretion, may hold discussions with one or more individual or associated candidate firms to explore a firm's statements of qualifications, the scope and nature of the services the firms would provide, and the various technical approaches the firm(s) may take toward the Project. NO FEE ESTIMATED IS REQUESTED AS PART OF THE RESPONSE TO THIS RFQ. The District reserves the right to reject any, part of any, or all statements of qualifications and to waive any informality, irregularity, or failure to conform to the instructions contained in this Public Announcement or in the Statement of Qualifications. The estimated total project cost budget is $5,500,000 and the construction cost budget is approximately $5,000,000.
