Reference number: 20024861 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-11-05 The project mainly consists of upgrading hydraulic elevators F at the Quebec City campus (1300, 8e Avenue) and elevator A at the Charlesbourg campus (7600, 3e Avenue E). Elevator F at the Quebec City campus: 1. Replace the PLC; 2. Replace cylinder; 3. Modify bowl scale; 4. Identify bearing frames and cab push-buttons; 5. Supply and install hands-free two-way communication system; 6. Install guardrail on cab roof; 7. Replacement of cab interior finishes. Elevator A at the Charlesbourg campus : 1. Supply and install a hands-free two-way communication system; 2. Replace the emergency lighting unit; 3. Install a voice annunciator; 4. Identify the landing frames and push-buttons in the cab. The building will remain occupied by the OWNER's customers and employees for the duration of the work. Start of works: 26 May 2025 Acceptance with reservation: 15 August 2025 Acceptance without reservation: 22 August 2025
