Webb County is currently seeking to retain the professional services of a Civil Engineer to provide plans, specifications and opinions of probable costs for various road paving projects on an as-needed basis and to assist the County in establishing a standard specifications manual for the construction and maintenance of County roadways. The requested services will be assigned to selected firm on an as-needed basis for various road paving projects initiated by the Webb County Commissioners Court for a two (2) year performance period. This document outlines the requirements, selection process and documentation necessary to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) in response to this RFQ. All interested firms should note that the following is not an all-inclusive scope of work and is subject to change during the negotiation phase after the most qualified firm is selected and officially awarded this formal solicitation by the Webb County Commissioners Court based on qualifications Paving Projects Question Deadline 10/29/2024 at 5:00 PM CT
