Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % Project must be completed by June 30, 2025. Sand blast all metal columns, underside of roof deck and supports. Remove existing gutter and downspout. 2. Remove all existing brick pavers around stage and between adjacent building, see site info sheet. 3. Remove existing wire cable rails at each side and rear of stage. Existing wood posts to remain, Remove existing metal pipe railing and supports. Strip posts to bear metal, check and repair broken weld joints and at bracket connections. Number and log sections of pipe railing locations for re-installation. Remove existing treated wood decking at stage (approx. 42'x80') and at adjacent barrier free and equipment ramps, Remove existing stair treads and risers at west side of stage. Inspect existing stringers prior to new work. Remove existing plywood apron and trim boards, protect existing wood bearing stud wall. Include 20% cost for any repairs to bearing walls. Remove existing access door at rear of stage. . Remove existing electrical receptacle outlets, boxes and covers (Approx. 12 outlets). Verify existing wiring, conduit and connection meet meets current Michigan 2021 electrical code. Proposed Prime and paint all exposed metal columns, underside of roof decking and supports. 2. Provide new metal gutter and downspouts, match existing sizes for gutter and downspout, Provide 120-volt 20 amp GFCI receptacle outlet boxes and covers. Verify existing wiring, conduit and connection meet meets current Michigan/NEC electrical code, Provide new 2x10 treated wood floor joists, sistered to each existing joist, . Provide 7/8"x 5 72" composite decking, Deckorators- Voyage Mesa, any substitutions must be pre-approved by the city. Use concealed resin clips and S.S #8- 2 Vz fasteners, Rebuild stair wall at west side of stage with 2x6 treated wood studs @ 16" o.c., 1/2" PVC sheathing both sides to match stage apron. Provide 7/8"x 5 7" PVC wall cap trim. 7. Rebuild existing stair at west side of stage with pressure treated (6) 2x12 stringers, %" PVC plywood risers, and (2) 7/8"x 5 Vz composite decking boards per tread. Rebuild with same, . Provide Classic Rib 26-gauge siding panels with finish trim pcs to match for new skirting. Install new access panel door with continuous hinge and latch lock. Color of metal selected by the city, . Provide two coats of primer and paint existing pipe railing and support brackets. Reinstall existing pipe railing and support brackets in original locations. Provide two traction strips at each stair tread and at top of stairs. . Place 4" of new concrete where bricks were removed.
