Saving Project...

Site work for a water / sewer project in Altoona, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project consists of the construction of a storm sewer pipe system, including the installation of 1,300 LF of 30" storm pipe, 4 inlets, 1 headwall, site grading, site restoration, appurtenances, & all related work. Work under this contract shall include all materials, equipment, supplies, & labor for the construction as shown & specified in the Contract Documents. The project is located in Blair County, Pennsylvania. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder(s) will be required to fully complete all work prior to September 30, 2025. Prior to the award of the contract, the successful bidder shall furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond & a Payment Bond to the Owner, in the form contained in the Contract Documents & executed by a satisfactory circular 570 listed surety, each equal to 100% of the total contract amount. The bidder will also furnish evidence of insurance coverage as required by the contract documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. The Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work and to award the contract as may be deemed in the best interest of the Owner Questions & inquiries should be addressed through online.
