Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Pittston Twp, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The project involves the construction and all related site work for a new salt shed located at 22 Bryden Street Pittston Township. The work including but not limited to all materials, labor and equipment necessary for a complete installation a new salt shed including as indicated on the contract drawings. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. There is no pre-bid meeting scheduled, but prospective bidders are urged to familiarize themselves with the site and review the scope of work and construction documents. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all bids.
