Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Tobique First Nation, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,124-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
This contract includes the supply of all materials, labour, supervision and equipment necessary to complete the tender package for the Wolastoqewiyik Healing Lodge addition and renovation. Electronic Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of Nadeau Soucy Ellis Architects., located at 11 rue Costigan, Edmundston, NB, E3V 1W7; Tel: (506) 735- 8821, Fax: (866) 816-8825, email: denis.nadeau@n2se.ca. .1 Hard copies of the Bid Documents can be obtained by bidders for the sum of $500.00 +HST (non-refundable) per set made payable to Nadeau Soucy Ellis Architects. Contractor's Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tendered quotation. Bid Bond shall be accompanied by a letter from an Insurance Company licensed to do business in the Province of New Brunswick advising that this Company will undertake to issue a Performance Bond for the sum equal to fifty percent (50%) of the tendered price of the contract and a Labour and Materials Payment Bond of equal value The lowest/highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
