The City is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) preventative maintenance program, service agreement, controls, equipment and related services. Related services may include repair/replacement of chillers, piping, cooling towers and supporting structures, air handlers, controls, ductwork, unit ventilators, mounting structures, slabs, enclosures and incidental electrical work. The Cost Proposal Form (Appendix B) shall be completed in its entirety. All corrections on the Cost Proposal Form shall be initialed. Failure to Submit the Most Recent Cost Proposal Form (Either Included in the Original Itb or Released via an Addendum) May Result in the Bid Being Deemed Not Responsive and Not Being Further Considered. Contract duration: 3 years Q & A deadline: Nov 08, 2024 5:00:00 PM EST
