Construction of the Relocation of Maple Avenue Water Booster Station project Question Deadline 11/12/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing The Project consists of the relocation of an existing water booster station located at the intersection of Maple Avenue and Colonial Avenue with a new pre-fabricated booster station on Grand Street. The new booster station will be connected to the existing 6-inch water main piping on Grand Street. Additionally included is the installation of new gate valves, water main and water service. A new pressure reducing valve and precast vault will be installed on Maple Avenue. At all sites, restoration and site improvements (grading, fencing, etc.) are to be included. Bids will be received for two (2) prime contracts. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Budget: $300,000 The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the additional bond(s) prescribed in the Bidding Documents. In order to perform public work, the Successful Bidder and Subcontractors prior to contract award shall hold or obtain such license as required by State statutes, and Federal and local Laws and Regulations.
