Renovation of a mixed-use development in Deerfield, New Jersey. Design plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and municipal facility.
As of August 15, 2025, an engineer has been selected for the project. Phase 1 bidding is estimated to take place in the near future and phase 2 is estimated to take place in the first of 2026. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Respondents are required to submit their response as a pdf document(s) to Email: kseifrit@deerfieldtownship.org. Include the following in the subject line of the email: Response to Architectural/Engineering Services RFP - ADA Compliance - Municipal Building & Senior Center Phase 1. This project involves improvements to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act at the Township municipal building and senior center based on an ADA Compliance Self Examination report. The Township is seeking architectural-engineering services to include surveying, design, preparation of bid specifications, assistance with bidding, construction administration, inspection services and as-built drawings. The Township of Deerfield reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted. All costs related to preparation of the proposal response shall be borne by the proposer. Minority and women business enterprises (MBE and WBE) and Section 3 business concerns are encouraged to respond. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
