Description

Remodeling of a municipal facility in Corning, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 10,288-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility.

Improvements will include new mechanical systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, roofing, insulation, finishes, and kitchen equipment. Exterior improvements will include new covered entries, paving, site utilities, landscaping and a photo voltaic array. Pursuant to Section 1770 and following of the Labor Code, the Contractor for the work will be required to pay, at least, the general prevailing wage rates as determined by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of California. Bid bond, labor and material bond and performance bonds are required. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding. Each bidder must be appropriately licensed in the State of California and registered with the Department of Industrial Relations for this project as required by law.
