The project proposes to overlay the existing bridge deck, surface seal the railings and reinforced concrete bridge approaches (RCBA), extend existing deck drains, install reference post signs, clean and paint the steel bridge piles, and install additional riprap around the steel piles. The project will occur within existing right-of-way (ROW), no additional ROW is required. Two streams, Eagle Creek and an unnamed tributary (UNT) to Eagle Creek, were identified within the investigation area. Surrounding landscape consists of residential, wooded/forested areas, maintained roadside, and a riparian corridor. The investigation area is located within a mapped floodplain.
