Estimated Range: .1 General - $9,000,000 - $10,000,000 .2 HVAC - $100,000 - $200,000 .3 Plumbing - Under $100,000 & .4 Electrical - $3,000,000 - $4,000,000 Liquidated Damages = (.1) $4,000.00 per day, (.2) $500.00 per day, (.3) $500.00 per day & (.4) $2,000.00 per day. There is no Bid Guaranty required for this Project. All persons that plan to attend should provide their name to the Client Agency Contact ahead of time so that the facility is aware of the planned visitors and can prepare as necessary.
