Project 2024-16, Replacement of Small Structure JA-005, Carrying CR 650 W, Approximately 1770 South of CR 200 S, Over J Service Ditch Existing structure shall be removed and replaced with a Reinforced Concrete Box Culvert that is 13 span, 6 rise, and 48 long. Plans and Project Location Maps are included in the contract Documents as Appendix A Item 1. Road shall be constructed in accordance with Boone County Standard Specification BC-302-001, Typical Road Cut Patch Detail, which is included in the contract documents as Appendix A Item 7. The undistributed quantity of rip rap included shall be placed in areas shown on the plans with geotextile fabric All disturbed areas shall be restored, seeded, and straw mat shall be installed. Saw cut and remove existing pavement Asphalt section shall be replaced in accordance with the included Boone County Standard Specification BC-402-002, which is included in the contract documents as Appendix A Item 8, HMA Patch Detail utilizing 6 of 25 mm HMA Base. 2 53 stone shoulder shall be placed within the project limits The undistributed quantity of rip rap included shall be placed in areas shown on the plans with geotextile fabric Remove and replace existing 12 Field Tile with 12 Smooth Wall PVC Pipe. All disturbed areas shall be restored, seeded, and straw mat shall be installed.
