Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Altamont, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a 94,480-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and bridge / tunnel.
*As of March 26, 2025 this project is currently under construction. Construction started earlier this month, March 2025. The owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. The Elementary Project will consist of approximately 80,680 sq. ft. of new construction. This new building will include standard elementary school amenities including administration area, media center, kitchen and lunchroom area commons, and a gymnasium. This project will also have mechanical mezzanines to house the mechanical equipment, electrical and data. The site will be fully developed with parking lots, roads, grass and landscaping areas. The gymnasium will consist of approximately 13,800 sq. ft. of new construction attached to the existing Altamont High School. The School District reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, or to waive any formality or technicality in any Proposal, in the best interests of the School District.
