Corrales K-8 School The project is described as: The demolition of existing buildings and expansion of the existing Corrales Elementary School into a small K through 8 school. The work will include approximately 11,500 square feet of interior demolition and renovations of an existing 31,500 sf Administration Building. The new construction of approximately 89,000 square feet will include three new buildings including a new 2-story Classroom Building, Dining Hall, Sports Hall, and associated utility buildings for domestic water and fire systems. The completed project is planned to be approximately 120,000 gross square feet which include the existing building to remain. The school will target a design capacity of 525 students and approximately 50 staff members.
