Site work, new construction and renovation of an educational facility in Saluda, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 5,200-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for the renovation of a 2,500-square-foot educational facility.
The general scope of work is the construction of a Fieldhouse and Stadium Improvements, demolition/renovation of the existing fieldhouse, stadium improvements, sitework, and landscaping. Renovation of approx. 2500 sf of existing field house and construction of approx. 900 sf new restroom/concession building and new 4300 field house. - Site work - Cast in place concrete - Masonry - Floor and ceiling finishes - Walls and wall finishes - Doors and frames - Plumbing - HVAC - Electrical Proposers are not to contact the Owner or Architect directly.
