Parking lot sweeping and pressure washing and/or steam cleaning services at the Long Beach DMV Field Office. Term: Thirty-six (36) months (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract). See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. The services shall be performed at: 3700 E. Willow Street, Long Beach, CA 90815 Estimated budget cost $81,972.00 for three (3) year term. Current contractor and cost: GI Services, LLC. Parking lot sweeping $695.00 per month. Pressure Washing and/or Steam Cleaning $200.00 per month Emails shall not exceed one hundred (100) megabytes (MB) in size. Emailed bids will not be opened until after the date and time specified in the Schedule of Events. Bids must be received by the DMV no later than the date and time specified in the Schedule of Events. Any bid received after the specified due date and time shall be rejected. Should any portion of the work done or any materials, articles, or equipment delivered fail to comply with the requirements of this Agreement, such work, materials, articles, or equipment shall be rejected, and shall immediately be made satisfactory to the DMV Project Manager by the Contractor at no additional cost to the DMV. In the event the Contractor fails to take necessary steps to ensure future conformity with the requirements of this Agreement, the DMV shall have the right to: (1). Procure services required by this Agreement and charge the Contractor for the procured services. AND/OR (2). Terminate this Agreement.
