Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a clubhouse / community center in Pasco, Washington. Completed plans call for the addition of a clubhouse / community center; for the demolition of a clubhouse / community center; for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.

As of December 6, 2024 this project was awarded to Booth & Sons Inc. but the awarded mount is not available. This project involves the renovation of the Northwest building of the Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center, Including demolition of existing interior, installation of new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire suppression, rebuilding the interior to plan and adding 2 fenced play areas with canopies to the exterior. This contract has two-hundred (200) working days to complete the work after the Owners Notice to Proceed. The estimate range for this project is: $2,900,000.00 - $3,300,000.00. All bids must be accompanied by a "Good Faith Token" in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than five (5) percent (%) of the total bid. Bids will only be accepted from Contractors who are eligible to perform services as governed by PMC 14.15 and who are listed on the City of Pasco's Plan Room Plan Holders list for this project. Upon award, Contractor (and subcontractors) shall have a current City of Pasco Business License. This project is funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) program. All work performed on the project will be subject to all ARPA requirements including Davis-Bacon/Prevailing Wage Requirements and Washington State prevailing wages. All work on this project will be subject to the higher of the prevailing state or federal wage rates. If a contract exceeds $10,000, the Contractor shall comply with Executive Order 11246, "Equal Employment Opportunity," as amended by Executive Order 11375, "Amending Executive Order 11246 Relating to Equal Employment Opportunity," and as supplemented by regulation at 41 CFR Part 60. he City of Pasco is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
