Renovation of a library in Westernville, New York. Working plans call for the renovation of a library.
As of January 7, 2025, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. Project will be rebid but no definite date yet. Removal and disposal of obsolete items; furnishing and installing new surfaces; including but not limited to wall components, ceilings, painting, electrical, lighting and hot water baseboard. Lower level meeting room library project, 9172 Main Street, Westernville, NY 13486. The town reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The major items of the scope of work will include the following: A. Removal & Disposal of obsolete materials- walls, hot water baseboard, ceiling, electrical fixtures and wiring. B. Reconstruction of Lumber Framing walls, insulation, gypsum board, and paint C. Reconstruction of suspended ceiling with lighting fixtures. D. Furnish & installation of new hot water baseboard tubing & covers
