Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Scarsdale, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a retail development; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project funds a multi-year cycle of infrastructure improvements at the Vernon Plaza Center. Exterior site work will include improvements to the parking lot and sidewalks, curbing and installation of LED lighting, installation of a play area (playground) and sitting area, replacement of brick masonry in selected areas on four sides of the building, limestone repairs to the west façade. Work will also include repair and replacement of roof flashings as well as corrective action to the roof drain system, replacement and repair of stucco siding, replacement of hip roofs. Interior work will include all new windows and flooring replacement, new doors to the units and bathrooms. The project also includes upgrades to plumbing and fire protections systems. As of October 24, 2024, this project is included in the Westchester County's FY 2025-2029 CIP.
