Town of Culver Lake Maxinkuckee Trail Phase 3 Academy Road & SR 10 and Cass St., Slate St. and W. Jefferson Street Trail Construction Engineering Services in the LaPorte District. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is official notification of needed professional services. This RFP is being issued to solicit a letter of Interest (LOI) and other documents from firms qualified to perform engineering work on federal aid projects. A submittal does not guarantee the firm will be contracted to perform any services but only serves notice the firm desires to be considered. Washington St. Culver, IN 46511 (574) 292-3943 bporter@townofculver.org Local Public Agency: Monroe County Board of Commissioners Project Location: Each Individual Bridge Site within Monroe County Project Description: Countywide Bridge Inspection and Inventory Program in accordance with National Bridge Inspection Standards for Cycle Years 2026-2029 Bridges 13,79, 308 and 922 will require an initial inspection in Phase I interim. Bridges 25, 26 and 629 will require an initial inspection in Phase IA interim. Bridges 2, 83 and 309 will require an initial inspection in Phase 2 interim Bridges 42,47, 913 and 914 will require an initial inspection in Phase 2A interim. Special Bridges #83 and 913 will have Special Inspection in Phase IA and 2A. Funding: 80% Federal Funding, 20% Local Funds Term of Contract: 4-Years DBE goal: 5% The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
