Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Foley, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Overview: The scope of work consists principally of finish grading on existing rock base, ribbon curb, brick paver crosswalk and speed tables, brick columns, bituminous paving, undercut and backfill, concrete sidewalk including section from Cypress to City Hall, storm drain pipe, headwalls, and inlet structures. Project limits from Chicago Street to Cypress Street. A total of 120 calendar days will be allowed for this project. Contact buyer for the latest addenda to the solicitation.
