Site work for a civil project in Okatie, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

BJWSA is solicitating Proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR/Contractor) for CIP-2457, Flow Equalization from Cherry Point Sewer Shed to Hardeeville project. The solicitation will be a one-step process to select the CMAR for the Project. Initial CMAR scope will be to provide pre-construction support services and develop multiple Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposals for the construction of the work. Deadline for Questions: July 7, 2025 at 4:00 PM Eastern Time The BJWSA may cancel this RFP in whole or in part at any time if it is determined to be in the best interest of BJWSA. BJWSA may reject any or all submissions in whole or in part if it is determined to be in the best interest of the BJWSA.
