The Lawrence County Engineer acting on behalf of Lawrence County, Ohio intends to contract for engineering and surveying services in connection with the various highway and bridge projects, including but not limited to safety studies, bridge load ratings, geotechnical engineering, roadway design, bridge design, surveying or any prequalification categories listed in the current edition of ODOT's Consultant Prequalification Requirements and Procedures Manual. Statements of qualifications should include information regarding the firm's history; education and experience of owners and key technical personnel; the technical expertise of the firm's current staff; any ODOT prequalification, the firm's experience in performing engineering studies, design, construction administration and construction observation; availability of staff; references; and any previous work performed for Lawrence County or Counties of similar size in Ohio.
