The furnishing of Asphalt Concrete, Emulsified Asphalt for the Department of Public Works, Highways Division, County of Maui, shall be subject to the Minimum Specifications, Special Provisions, Offer Form and General Terms & Conditions in this order of priority. Prices shall be valid from Notice to Proceed through December 31, 2025. Bid Price(s) may be adjusted during the bid period due to increase or decrease in oil price.
