The Project consists of supplying, installation, startup, and related construction services associated with the improvements of the existing Elizabethtown Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrades as summarized below on a lump sum bid. New Electrical Distribution Building with generator, transfer switch and switchgear. C. SCADA and security updates. D. Renovation of Office Building and Laboratory. New maintenance building. E. Miscellaneous appurtenances such as flow meters, gates, new piping between new headworks and existing equipment. F. Expansion of existing contact chamber with relocation of piping and equipment. G. Site grading, erosion control, storm water drainage, electrical ductbank, yard piping and road work.
