Cleaning Supplies, Equipment, and Custodial Related Products, Services, and Solutions Harford County Public Schools, MD (herein "Lead Public Agency") on behalf of itself and all states, local governments, school districts, and higher education institutions in the United States of America, and other government agencies and nonprofit organizations (herein "Participating Public Agencies") is soliciting proposals from qualified suppliers to enter into a Master Agreement for a complete line of Cleaning Supplies, Equipment, and Custodial Related Products, Services, and Solutions. Pricing for complete product offering/balance of line items will be determined by a percentage discount off the Supplier's manufacturer's suggested retail price list. The pricing percentage discount offered must be entered in a Complete Product Offering/Balance of Line section in the Supplier's response to the Pricing section of the Proposal Evaluation Criteria Requirements. Questions must be e-mailed to Jennifer.Horner@hcps.org no later than 12:00 pm local time on November 13, 2024. HCPS also reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and/or waive technical defects and minor irregularities at the discretion of the Supervisor of Purchasing, HCPS or designee if, in its judgment the interests of HCPS shall so require. Proposals may be withdrawn before the scheduled time due. Withdrawal is not permitted after the scheduled time due HCPS reserves the right to extend the terms and conditions of this contract to any and all other government agencies within the State of Maryland, as well as any other federal, state, municipal, county, or local governmental agency under the jurisdiction of the United States and its territories. This is conditioned upon the Contractors' approval and all purchase and payment transactions will be made directly between the Contractor and the requesting public agency The Board of Education reserves the right to reject the Proposal of firms who have demonstrated performance deficiencies or who have previously failed to perform properly or complete other Board contracts on time. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and/or waive technical defects if, in its judgment the interests of the Board shall so require. Minor differences in the specifications or other minor technicalities may be waived at the discretion of Supervisor of Purchasing or upon recommendation to the Board of Education. The Board reserves the right to award a contract within one hundred and twenty (120) days from the due date and all pricing must remain firm during that period and until the time of award.
