As of April 17, 2025, this project is all set on subs. Joeris General Contractors is the Construction Manager for the Palo Alto Colleges Natatorium / Multigen Renovation & New Veterans Building. Minor Gym Renovations 2. New Veterans Center 7,000 SF 3. Turn lane The 3 project parts will be awarded together but will be contracted separately for owners accounting purposes. The work is Tax Exempt and has a Wage Scale as provided. Work will include: Demolition, concrete, masonry, structural steel, decorative railing, casework, , new TPO roof, waterproofing, spray insulation, doors, OH doors, Glazing, new flooring, Drywall, Plaster, Paint, div 10 specialties, pre-engineered canopies, lockers, athletic equipment, bleachers, operable bleachers, Complete Pool Renovation, Fire suppression (Veterans only),Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical, low volt AV, and security, sitework, landscape fencing, paving. The metal roof replacement, site utilities have been awarded under a separate package.
