Jasper St - Broken Arrow, OK 74011 Contact: David Myers, dmyers@myers-cherry.com For bids in excess of $50,000.00, a bid security in the form of a Cashiers Check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, shall accompany the proposal of each bidder. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, before the set time for bid openings, as well as bids received after the set time for bid openings, will not be considered and will be returned un-opened. The proposed projects locations are 14902 E School Road, Claremore, OK 74019 and 15011 E 523 Road, Claremore, OK 74019. No bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for a period of at least 45 Days. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding.
