Generator Replacement at the Water Tower There is no pre-bid conference scheduled for this project SUMMARY OF WORK Price to furnish and install (all parts, equipment, and services needed) to Remove and Replace the existing generator and replace with a Kohler Diesel Power Generator, Model 40REOZK 40kw40kva, 120/240 volts, 60hz (or approved equal). Generator shall include the following specifications: 1. UL 2200 listed and labeled. 2. Permanent magnet alternator/ 3. Cooling system, unit mounted radiator. 4. Engine jacket water heater, 1000 watt, 120v. 5. Electronic isochronous governor battery charger, 10-amp auto float/equalizer. 6. 12 Volt engine starting batteries with rack, cables and heater. 7. Steel sound enclosure with internally mounted silencer (64db at 23') 8. 24-hour sub-base tank with flexible fuel lines, high/low. 9. Rupture fuel sensor, digital controller. 10. 110 Level 1 w/ Run Relay. Qty (1) Unit Mounted Main Circuit Breaker: 200 Amp, 3P, 80% rated w/ Thermal Magnetic Trip. 11. (1) Remote Alarm Annunciator (Shipped Loose). 12. (1) Remote Emergency Stop Button (Shipped Loose). 13. Initial Charges of Antifreeze and Lubrication Oil. 14. Standard Manufactures Warranty. Additional scope of work to be included in the price: 1. Disconnect of existing gas feed (including any permits and inspections). 2. Delivery and rigging charges 3. Labor and materials needed to disconnect existing unit. 4. Disposal of exisitng unit. 5. Transporatation and installation of the new unit on the existing pad. 6. Final connections to new generator using exisitng transfer switches. 7. Testing and start-up.
