SANITARY SEWER CLEANING AND TELEVISING The major items of work include: Cleaning and televising, and smoke testing approximately 320 linear feet of 6-inch, 70,000 linear feet of 8-inch, 4,100 linear feet of 10-inch, 4,000 linear feet of 12-inch, 1,900 linear feet of 15-inch, 370 linear feet of 18- inch, 670 linear feet of 21-inch sanitary sewer pipe, including disposal, bypass pumping, and traffic control implementation. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Cashier's Check, Certified Check or a Bid Bond from a reliable surety company drawn to the order of MONTGOMERY COUNTY WCID NO. 1 in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it.
