This project includes the installtion of approximately 38000 linear feet of new forcemain ranging from 4'' diameter to 12'' diameter using open cut and horizontal direction drilling methods, the installtion of two submersible wastewater pumping stations. A Certified Check or Cashier's Check, payable to the Parish of East Baton Rouge or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid, shall be submitted with each bid. For this project the EBR Parish Purchasing office has directed a review of the scope of work and has established a minimum EBE goal of 9% of the contract amount. In accordance with La.
