The Region is seeking to retain a qualified professional consulting firm to provide engineering services for the collection of pavement condition data including physical attributes, roughness and rutting data, and pavement distress data. As part of the pavement data collection, the entire right-of-way is required to be video logged using high-definition, geo-referenced video capture. The Supplier shall capture still images from the videos and submit them to the Municipalities. Question Deadline: Tue Nov 12, 2024 4:00:00 PM (EST) Questions related to this RFP should be submitted to the Region through electronically Duration in months: 12 Certificate from the manufacturer showing that the laser based profiler, or alternatively the Laser Crack Measuring System (LCMS), installed on the DSV conforms to the minimum requirements of an ASTM Class 2 Profilometer Standard / Specification [ASTM Standards, Designation: E 950-E950M-09]. Proof such as a manufacturer certificate or other authoritative document, or authentic photos proving that a minimum of five (5) laser sensors are installed on the digital survey vehicle and all of them will be used in the automated Rutting data collection. Alternatively, proof such as a manufacture certificate indicating that a Laser Crack Measuring System (LCMS) that has equivalent or better ability as compared to the five (5) laser sensors to measure Rutting data is installed on the DSV.
