Renovation of a library in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The City of Hamilton will only be accepting bid submissions from roofing general contractors that were pre-qualified through pre-qualification process C14-05-22 Roofing Contractors for Upcoming City of Hamilton Tenders. The roof replacement Work to be undertaken for this Contract, includes but is not limited to: 1. Replacing the existing roof assembly at roof sections A1, A2, A3 andA4 at Turner Park Library. 2. Providing a durable, water and air-tight assembly with continuous thermal insulation and adequate rainwater drainage. On-site Work under this Contract is to commence no later than May 1, 2025, with Substantial Performance achieved by June 25, 2025, and overall completion (ready for takeover) no later than July 31, 2025.
