Lowell Joint School District ("District") is seeking proposals from qualified firms for pre-construction and lease-leaseback ("LLB") construction services for the construction ofthe District's El Portal Elementary and Rancho Starbuck Intermediate School Construction of Modular Classroom Buildings, Multi-Use Performing Arts Center/Gymnasium Building, and Associated Site Work at El Portal Elementary and Rancho Starbuck Intermediate Schools (collectively, "Projects"). The successful proposer(s) must possess a valid and active Class B license at time of submission of the proposal. The District will select lease-leaseback contractor(s) that can assist the District with both pre-construction services and construction services using the "best value" competitive procurement process under Education Code section 17400 et seq.
