Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bayfield, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Manypenny Avenue Reconstruction Contract 1-2024. Description: The Project includes the following Work: The reconstruction project of Manypenny Avenue from Ninth Street to the city limits includes approximately 1,400 feet of rural section asphalt roadway with ditch grading, 300 feet of concrete curb, 1,260 feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer, 200 feet of new water main, and 250 feet of RCP storm sewer. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. The City of Bayfield reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. For further requirements regarding Bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and Contract Award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. This project is funded in part by Wisconsin Department of Transportation Local Road Improvement funding.
