Completion Date: May 2, 2025 Description: The proposed construction is described in general as follows: The general nature of the work on which bids will be received consists of replacing two (2) 161 kV breakers at Spruce Substation. The work consists of furnishing and installing conduit, ground grid, control cable and buswork. This work also includes removing and disposing of the existing oil-filled 161 kV breakers and installing the Owner-furnished 161 kV breakers. Bid date notes. which time and place the said Board will conduct a public hearing and consider adoption of the plans, specifications, and proposed form of contract for the 161 kV Breaker Replacement - Spruce Substation project, which are now on file at the office of the Utilities.
